| 摘 要： | 职业教育规划的制定应该基于区域经济发展的差异,同时也受职业教育发展形态的制约.在不同发展水平上可以选择相适应的规划制定技术路线.而把握职业教育的"二元需求"特征,成为保证规划制定的科学性、可行性的关键.

| Abstract: | The formulation of vocational education development plan should be based on the differences of regional economic development,and it was also restricted by the development modality of vocational education.Different development levels of vocational education can select suitable technological paths of plan making.However,grasping the characteristics of dual-demand for vocational education is the key for achieving the scientificity and feasibility of plan making. |
