职教教师专业化内涵及培养体系构建

摘    要:就其核心特质而言,职教教师是一种专业性很强的职业,其在学科专业、教育领域和职业领域都应掌握一定的知识和能力.其专业发展的目标,就是在职教理论指导下,使自己的教育教学实践与不断发展的专业技术和工程技术人员实践相适应,不断提高促进学生发展的能力.为实现这种目标,需建立专业化的职教教师培养培训体系,这一体系需以科学的职教理论为统颁,努力实现培养培训内容的一体化,培养培训机构的一体化和领导管理体制的一体化.
