麻省理工学院职业教育培训综述及启示

摘    要:麻省理工学院的教育培训项目涵盖了科学、工程和管理三大领域.MIT培训的理念是紧密联系现实、传播前沿知识、强调实用技能、开展高端培训.MIT不设全校性的专门管理机构,由各学院及培训机构自主管理,但培训项目"形散而神不散".MIT培训规模始终保持适中,培训形式灵活多样,注重与产业界合作,充分占领培训市场.其对我国高校开展培训工作的启示在于,紧密联系教学与科研并为现实服务,抓住特色服务项目,掌握好培训规模,培训活动不唯学历、文凭、证书等.

Abstract:Professlonal training in Massachusetts Institute of Technology covers up three fields, which are science, engineer and administration, and it focuses training ideas on close relations with realities, knowledge impartment, practical skills acquirement and advanced training. MIT does not set up the specialized agency to manage training, but distributes the management rights to various training centers and colleges. They win the market by reasonable training scales, flexible training approaches and close cooperation with enterprises. Training in colleges and universities in China should take references from professional training in MIT, such as combining teaching and scientific research closely, constructing characterized projects, adopting reasonable training scales, and not taking degrees, diploma and certificate as training targets.
