| 摘 要： | 在京津冀区域一体化进程中，三地经济发展和产业结构转化需要大量高级技术技能人才，作为人力资源开发的有效途径，高等职业教育发展具有重要战略意义。其发展对策为：加大投入力度，实现多元化办学；建立循环机制，实现资源整合与共享；组建职教集团，加大产学研合作力度；建立长效合作机制，打破体制性障碍。 |
