| 摘 要： | “招生难”是高职教育发展中的一个突出问题。具体来说，造成此问题的原因主要有：社会经济、文化、用人制度等社会因素；高教扩招、普高热、复读潮、经费投入不足、收费高等教育内部因素；招生秩序混乱、定位不明、师资力量薄弱、课程建设滞后、教学无特色等高职教育内部因素。

| Abstract: | The difficulty of enrollment is a serious problem in the development of higher vocational education,materially,reasons resulted in the problems are: Social elements such as socialt economy,culture and employment system;elements inside education such as expanding enrollment of higher education,the popularization of general senior high school,the tide of reenterring into senior higher school,funding and ruition;elements inside higher vocational education such as competition of enrollment,orientation,teaching staff,curriculum and teaching. |
