| 摘 要： | 就高等教育大众化背景下高等职业技术教育教学质量及评估的理论与实践问题进行全面的分析和阐述,指出高职教育教学质量及评估必须首先处理好新时期高职人才质量观、培养观问题,同时必须构建先进的高职教学质量及评估的保障体系和运作体系.从能力培养和素质教育的新理念出发,重新制定出高等职业技术教育教学质量及评估的新的管理方法,并从师资队伍建设、教学装备配置、教学方法改革等方面改进高等职业技术教育教学质量及评估的外部环境和内部运作.
