| 摘 要： | 高等教育自学考试在解决"三农"问题,推进农村社会、经济、文化的发展和人口素质的提高方面具有重要意义.本文分析了高等教育自学考试在农村推广的可行性和存在的问题,提出了对高等教育自学考试适应"三农"需要的改革对策.
