| 摘 要： | 案例研究发现,由于具有家族内部凝聚力强、信任度高、经营风险低等优势,家族制民办学校在创业初期能够迅速发展壮大,但在实现初步发展后,其所具有的家长式管理机制、股权集中及对非家族人员激励程度低等特点也会成为其进一步发展的障碍.为此,家族制民办学校应通过实现家族内部产权配置优化、让渡部分产权给非家族知识骨干员工、引进外部战略投资者等措施改变产权主体不合理情况,实现产权主体多元化.并从激励机制、约束机制和决策机制三方面实现内部治理机制的创新.
