以工作过程为导向的职业教育

摘    要:以工作过程为导向的职业教育针对于传统职业教育与工作世界想脱离的弊端而提出,其指导思想是培养学生参与建构工作世界的能力;其教学内容指向职业的工作任务、工作的内在联系和工作过程知识,并按照初学者到专家的职业能力发展过程归为4个学习范畴;课程开发由注重劳动科学的资格研究转向注重职业科学的劳动研究;以行动导向教学为主要教学形式。这一思想在设计上解构了传统学科体系职教模式,建构了理论、实践一体化的职教模式。

Abstract:The working process-oriented vocational education were brought forward aiming at the shortcoming that traditional vocational education deviate from working world,and its guiding thought is to cultivate students' abilities for participating in building working world;its teaching content point to occupational working task,inherent connections of work and working process knowledge,which can be concluded into four learning categories according to the development process of professional abilities from initial learner to specialist;the curriculum development transform from qualification study of labour science to labour study emphasized on professional science;behavior-oriented teaching is the main teaching mode.This thought has deconstructed the vocational education model of traditional subject system and built the vocational education model of integration of theory with practice.
