| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义法治国家需要高素质的职业法律人才，以及与之相对应的法律职业共同体．因此法律职业教育必须树立专业素养教育与职业素养教育一体化的教育理念，使职业教育贯穿法学教育的全过程，依据不同层次法律职业的不同要求，建立分层次、分阶段递进式的法律职业教育体系。

| Abstract: | The construction of socialist legal system state need high-quality legal vocational talent and the corresponding legal vocational community. Therefore, the legal vocational education must establish the education concept of integration of professional quality education and vocational quality education, and make the vocational education through the whole process of legal education, and according to the different requirements of the legal level, establish the legal vocational education system by levels and by progressive stage. |
