摘    要:随着高职院校工学结合的推进,教学质量保障成为热点和难点问题.在教学管理过程中,学校应从强化全体教师员工教学质量意识入手,构建"源头保障、过程监控、全员参与"的教学质量监控系统,"双重身份、双线三层"的实践教学管理系统,"外评内控"的评价与诊断系统,"及时反馈、持续改进"的教学反馈与反应系统,以及"动态调整"的质量保障体系自我完善机制,全方位提升教学质量.
