| 摘 要： | 农业院校毕业生创业作农产品经纪人,有益于提高农产品经纪人队伍整体素质,拓宽农业院校毕业生就业渠道。运用SWOT分析法考量这一行为,既有国家政策扶持、创业者本身具有较高素质等优势,也存在创业教育滞后、社会环境制约以及创业者意识、阅历、资金不足等劣势。为积极引导这一行为,有必要加强职业指导与创业教育,进一步出台并落实优惠政策,制定有效的激励机制。

| Abstract: | Agricultural school graduates set up in business as agricultural products broker is beneficial to improve overall quality of broker troop and broaden their employment channels. Considering this behavior through SWOT analysis, it appears that there exist advantages of national policy support and high quality of entrepreneurs as well as problems such as lagging of entrepreneurship education and insufficient experiences, funds and awareness of entrepreneurs. In order to guide this behavior, it is necessary to strengthen career guidance and entrepreneurial education, further introduce and implement preferential policies, and formulate effective incentive mechanism. |
