| 摘 要： | 构建校企合作体系,是深化校企合作的必然要求。构建校企合作体系的具体措施包括,牢固树立校企合作是职业教育的必由之路的办学理念;建立校企合作办学咨询委员会和顶岗实习管理委员会两个组织;建立学生企业内实训、教师企业内培训、员工学校内培训三类基地;建立战略对接、文化对接、教学对接、利益对接五个校企对接平台;建立安全、过程控制、教学训练、师带徒、评价激励五项管理机制。
