| 摘 要： | 淮安信息职业技术学院在电气自动化技术专业改革与建设中,根据工学结合人才培养要求,围绕学生综合职业能力的培养,构建"三层次递进式"人才培养模式.在人才培养方案中,将职业资格认证体系嵌入课程体系,构建以职业竞争力为导向的"工作过程-支撑平台"系统化课程模式;引入真实工作项目和任务,打造核心课程群;开展教师培养工程,打造高水平教学团队;引入现代化管理方法,健全教学管理制度.
