| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪,发达国家在职业教育方面实行了一些新举措:德国启动"培训攻势"行动,制定改革清单,修订<联邦职业教育法>,出台<职业教育保障法>;澳大利亚制定并实施职教与培训国家策略,调整国家行业培训咨询委员会,改革培训包;英国对"现代学徒培训制度"进行改革;韩国对教育行政管理机制进行改革.瑞典、挪威等国也进行了相关改革与创新.

| Abstract: | The developed countries carry out some new measures for the vocational education in 21st century, such as, Germany carries our the action of training offensiveness, order the reform list, correct and comes on the relating laws, Australia makes and implements the national tactic of vocational education and training, adjust the national industry training and consulting committee and reform the package of training, England reforms the modern training system of apprentice, South Korea reforms the management system of the educational administration, Swede and Norway also have the reform and creation relating this. |
