| 摘 要： | 制造业转移,对上海制造业人力资源的培养提出了新要求,并迫切需要通过发展职业教育培养制造业人才.本文在对当前上海制造业人力资源现状及职业教育制造业人才培养现状进行分析的基础上,指出其中存在的问题及原因,并从职业教育的衔接与沟通、创新职业教育人才培养机制、重新设计人才培养标准等方面给出对策与建议.

| Abstract: | The manufacturing transferring sets a new demand to the training of the manpower resources of the manufacturing in Shanghai and it's urgent to train the manufacturing talents by developing vocational education. The author puts forward the problems and reasons of the manpower resources of the manufacturing in Shanghai on the basis of analyzing the current situation of the manpower resources of the manufacturing in Shanghai and the current situation of the talents' training of the manufacturing of vocational education nowadays, states the countermeasures and suggestions on the aspects of the connection and communication of vocational education, creating the talents' training system of vocational education and redesigning the standard of the talents' training. |
