| 摘 要： | 高职教育的专业建设是院校发展的核心工作，关系着人才培养的目标、规格和质量。文章通过对口腔工艺技术专业建设的实践研究，针对目前市场需求和岗位要求，介绍了如何确定人才培养目标和方案、深化课程及培养模式改革，加强校企合作，培训师资队伍和建设实训基地，对高职院校的专业建设提出了可行性建设思路。

| Abstract: | Specialty construction is core work for the development of higher vocational education, which relate closely to talent cultivation objective, standard and quality. According to the current market needs and job requirements, the essay introduces how to establish talent cultivation objectives and plans, how to deepen curriculum and cultivation model reform, how to strengthen co-operation of school and enterprise, how to train the teachers and develop actual training base by studying oral industrial art technical subject construction. It provides a practical develop thought for high vocational college. |
