| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育的人才培养质量直接取决于实践教学体系是否能够支撑对学生职业技能的培养，进而适应社会人才市场对技术应用型人才的需求和要求。结合扬州环境资源职业技术学院这几年来实践教学的探索和实践，如何加强以职业能力和职业素质为核心的实践教学建设谈一点粗浅认识。

| Abstract: | The success of higher polytechnic education directly depends on whether practical teaching system can support cultivation if professional techniques of the students to meet the demand of social talent market for applied technology-style talents. This paper probes into the attempts and practice of onsite teaching during the past years and discusses how to strengthen the construction of the on-site teaching focused on vocational skills and qualifications. |
