| 摘 要： | 文章通过对高职院校图书馆参考咨询的现状,信息技术的发展阶段及方向,以及如何利用先进的信息技术来提高参考咨询水平、信息化水平这三方面的论述,得出高职院校图书馆必须重视和加强参考咨询服务,充分利用现有的信息资源,不断提高参考咨询的信息化水平,才能更好地满足读者的需要,不断提高图书馆的业务水平,更好地实现图书馆的价值。
