| 摘 要： | 医养结合能有效应对我国人口老龄化问题。医养结合模式下,康复治疗可以缓解医疗卫生机构资源供需矛盾,提升养老服务效能,满足社会群体多样化需求。康复治疗主要通过病理康复、机能康复、心理康复等途径发挥作用。现实中,康复治疗在专业认同、社会认同、实践认同等方面存在认同困惑。从加强对康复治疗的政策指引,找准康复治疗的社会立足点,加强从业人员技能培训,提高从业人员的社会认同度等方面入手,可以更好地发挥康复治疗的效用。

| Abstract: | The combination of medical care and nursing can effectively deal with problem of the aging population in China.Under the mode of combination of medical care and nursing,rehabilitation treatment can alleviate the contradiction between the supply and demand of resources in medical and health institutions,improve the effi?ciency of elderly care services,and meet the diversified needs of social groups.Rehabilitation therapy mainly plays a role through pathological rehabilitation,functional rehabilitation and psychological rehabilitation.In reali?ty,there is confusion in professional identity,social identity and practice identity in rehabilitation therapy.We can better play the role of rehabilitation treatment by strengthening the policy guidance,finding out the foothold,reinforcing the skill training of employees,and improving the their social identity. |
