| 摘 要： | 目的观察闭式引流配合榄香烯乳、顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的近期疗效及毒性。方法行胸腔闭式引流后，向胸腔内灌注榄香烯乳300mg，顺铂60mg 1次／周，连用1—3周。结果恶性胸腔积液完全缓解率为68．4％，总有效率为92．1％。副作用为轻度恶心，一过性胸痛、发热。结论闭式引流配合榄香烯乳、顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液效率高．毒副反应小．值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the recent curative effect and the toxicity of elemene emulsion and PDD on malignent hydrothorax. Methods After closed suction drainage, elemene emulsion 300 mg and PDD 600 mg were perfused into the pleural cavity of the patients with malignent hydrothorax, once a weeks for 1-3 week. Results The rate of complete remission was 68.4% and the total effective rate was 92.1%. Side effects were slight nausea, temporary thoracalgia and fever. ConclusionThe treatment is worthy of extension because of the high effects and slight response about toxicity. |
