| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放射性口腔炎的防治方法。方法对146例头颈部肿瘤接受放射治疗的患者加强心理护理、饮食指导，在放射治疗前、中、后，根据放射性口腔粘膜炎的分级采取预防为本，及时对症处理的方法。结果避免了放射性口腔炎的发生发展。结论积极防治放射性口腔炎保证了放射治疗计划的顺利完成，提高了患者的生活质量和生存率。

| Abstract: | Purpose: probe into prevention method of inflammation of radioactive oral cavity.Method: strengthen the psychological nursing,guiding of diet for the 146 patients with accepting radiotherapy of tumor,before,in and after radiotherapy,take proper measures to prevent and cure in time.Result: Have prevented the emergence of inflammation of radioactive oral cavity from developing.Conclusion: It will guarantee the smooth completion of the radiotherapy plans actively,and improve the patient's life quality and survival rate. |
