| 摘 要： | ＂让师生过一种幸福完整的教育生活＂,是新教育实验的目标追求。基于人本理念的学理基础,新教育实验是＂新＂的教育,＂心＂的教育,＂行＂的教育,＂幸＂的教育,＂星＂的教育,＂信＂的教育;新教育实验以追求知识、生活、生命共鸣为最高境界,努力建设以＂晨诵-午读-暮省＂为核心的教育课程,以＂专业阅读＋专业写作＋专业发展共同体＂为核心的教师课程;新教育实验通过＂六大＂行动及新教育每月一事,实现＂四个＂改变,即改变教师行走方式、改变学生生存状态、改变学校发展模式、改变教育科研范式。新教育的研究和实践在高职院校同样有可以探索的空间。
