| 摘 要： | 目的讨论不同饮食对2型糖尿病合并早期肾病（Ⅲ期）患者尿微量白蛋白影响的临床观察。方法将40例2型糖尿病患者合并早期肾病患者随机分为观察组20例和对照组20例,观察组采用优质蛋白饮食,对照组采用植物蛋白饮食,治疗前两组患者的血糖及尿蛋白排泄率水平无统计学差异,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率均较治疗前下降,观察组尿白蛋白排泄率的变化与对照组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论优质蛋白饮食更有利于控制2型糖尿病合并早期肾病（Ⅲ期）患者尿微量白蛋白。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the different diet in type 2 diabetes with early nephropathy（Ⅲperiod） in patients with microalbuminuria and clinical observation.Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetic patients with early nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,20 cases of 20 patients in the observation group of high quality protein diet,the control group of plant protein diet,two groups of patients before treatment,blood glucose and urine protein no significant difference in excretion rate were observed patient outcomes.Results The two groups of urinary albumin excretion rate before and after treatment than before treatment decreased urinary albumin excretion rate observed changes in the control group were significantly different （P0.05）.Conclusion The high-quality protein diet is more conducive to control type 2 diabetes with early nephropathy （Ⅲperiod） in patients with microalbuminuria. |
