| 摘 要： | 阐述了坡子街商业中心沉降观测工程实例，提出了本地区沉降稳定标准和沉降观测的注意事项，及时向甲方提供详尽的观测资料，为合理的指导施工工序，避免不均匀沉降造成建筑物主体结构的裂缝起到了一定的作用，保障了施工安全。

| Abstract: | This article is about the project of surveying the subsidence of Taizhou Pozijie commercial center. It states the standards of the subsidence in this area and it also covers detailed information of survey. It can play a certain role in instructing the construction and avoiding the fissures in the main body of the building resulting from unequal subsidence, which can ensure the safety in constructing. |
