| 摘 要： | 目的：进一步提高药物保留灌肠治疗结肠炎的效果。方法：通过对90例结肠炎病人1350次保留灌肠，其中传统保留灌肠法180次，改进保留灌肠法1100余次。两种方法比较发现，改进的保留灌肠法对病人刺激小，基本无出血现象，药物在肠道保留、作用时间长，治疗效果明显。

| Abstract: | Purpose : Further improving the effects of treating the colitis with reserved enema . Methods : Reserved enema was carried out 1350 times in 90 patients .Traditional methods were carried out 180 times and improving methods 1100 times. Conclusion : Compared with it , improving methods have little harm for the patients and rare phenomenon of hemorrhage , and in enteron , the medicine will have longer effect , what's more , the treating effect is very remarkable. |
