| 摘 要： | 我国公路交通建设事业的发展十分迅速，公路养护运行管理机制正处在改革时期。就我国公路养护工程招标及资质认证标准的模式，论述了建立符合我国社会主义市场经济发展规律要求，实现公平竞争、科学规范有序、资质管理严格的公路养护工程市场的重要意义。

| Abstract: | The development of traffic construction in China is speeded up,and the management of road maintenance is being reformed.In the paper,we give an introduction of the bidding methods of road maintenance engineering and the qualification standards,and discuss the significance,which establishes the market of road maintenance bidding in accordance with the equitable competition,scientific regulation and strict qualification. |
