| 摘 要： | 高校绩效考核工作的开展离不开合理的环境。目前在中国高校中行政化的环境特点日趋明显,已经对绩效考核工作的开展形成不良的影响。因此,需要针对高校行政化的发展现状展开分析,研究其对高校教师绩效考核工作的影响,从多元治理、明晰责任、加强沟通等方面优化考核环境。

| Abstract: | The performance appraisal system in colleges and universities requires a reason- able environment. The environment of administration in the higher education makes negative impact on the execution of the performance appraisal system. It is proposed that we should solve the problems by perfecting the environment with multiple administrative methods, clear responsi- bility, and efficient communication. |
