| 摘 要： | 我国已经建立了高校毕业生公共就业服务平台,但联动机制的缺乏使得公共就业服务没有发挥应有的作用,造成高校毕业生在就业中难以获得有效的帮助.发挥高校毕业生公共就业服务的协同作用,需要构建多方参与的战略联合机制、打造服务流程的再造机制和构建公共就业服务的监督评估机制.

| Abstract: | China has established a platform of public employment service for college gradu- ates. The Platform hasn＇ t played a full role for the employment of college graduates because of lack of the linkage mechanism of public employment service. It is difficult for college graduates to obtain effective help. If the public employment service for college graduates plays synergies, it is necessary to build a multi-party strategic alliances,mechanism of business process reengi- neering and the mechanism of monitoring and evaluation of public employment services. |
