| 摘 要： | 公平与效率之间的关系错综复杂，既统一又对立，长期为人们所关注。随着社会的变迁，人们在肯定“效率优先，兼顾公平”模式的同时，也对此提出了质疑。文章探讨了中国目前有关公平与效率的相关理论，重新审视了“效率优先，兼顾公平”模式，并分析了存在的现实问题及原因，进而提出建设社会主义和谐社会需要公平与效率并重的结论。
