| 摘 要： | 高校作为我国科技创新体系的重要组成部分,在科技成果转化为生产力的过程中起着重要作用。目前,我国高校的大量科技成果的商品化、产业化程度相对较低,新时期我国高校科研产业化面临不少机遇与挑战,高校科研产业可以通过加强自身的制度建设、加强＂产、学、研＂互动合作、建设中介市场、发展经纪人制度,引进风险投资等方面推进。
