| 摘 要： | 雅典人民以“不敬神”和“腐蚀青年”两项罪名对苏格拉底提出控拆并最终判处其死刑,完成了古希腊最后一出悲剧。悲剧的背后有着对立双方的剧烈冲突。如果说为证实神谕而得罪雅典一大批政界及文化界的名人及法庭上故意激怒陪审团是这出悲剧的导火索,那么苏格拉底与雅典人民在政制形式和精神原则两方面的冲突则是导致悲剧发生的内在原因。

| Abstract: | Athenians sentenced the death penalty to Socrates for "impiety" and "corrupting the youth",which is the last tragedy of ancient Greece.There is severe conflict between the contradictory parties behind the tragedy.If the blasting fuse is that he offended Athenian celebrities political and cultural by proving God's prediction and he enraged jury intentionally in the court,the core causes for his tragedy are the conflicts between Socrates and Athenian political form and spiritual principle. |
