| Abstract: | The general professional quality of the editors is essential to the development of the school journals of universities. The way improving the staff quality is discussed from the aspects of the orientation of journal,and the necessary competence requirements for the editors. Hopefully, this study may contribute to the improvement of the staff quality for school journals. |
