| 摘 要： | 文章通过调查研究,发现大学英语教师效能感（尤其是教育效能感）整体水平不高,分析其原因主要来自于高校教育的特点,高校教师培训及其教学管理和评价体系等方面,并从外因与内因两个方面对提高英语教师效能感提出了一些建议和策略。

| Abstract: | The findings of an investigation show a relatively low degree of teacher＇ efficacy,especially the general teaching efficacy among college English teachers.It is analyzed to be caused by the characteristics of higher education,teacher training,teaching management and evaluation system.Some measures are given as to how to improve teachers＇ efficacy in both the extrinsic and intrinsic ways. |
