| 摘 要： | 中国民营企业由于其自身存在着管理上的各种弊端，其发展道路并不理想。文章通过分析民营企业管理模式的现状，找出民营企业管理模式当中存在的弊端，提出了相应对策，并构建民营企业发展的三种管理模式。
