| 摘 要： | 当前,低碳经济已成为全球经济发展的必然趋势。而湘西州作为我国中部比较落后的地区及少数民族聚集的地区,如何顺应低碳经济潮流,将不仅直接决定着其未来发展质量与速度,而且也与湘西州民众生活质量的提高息息相关。文章探索并提出了湘西州发展低碳经济的基本途径。
