| 摘 要： | 全球化的经济并未产生全球化的政府，也未产生凌驾于各国之上的国际反垄断法执行机构，而各国反垄断法在维持本国有效竞争及有序竞争秩序的同时，具体内容设置上存在着大大小小的差异。这些都直接导致了国家间反垄断法实施领域管辖权的冲突，冲突的解决方法有多种，但最直接、最有效的解决方式就是实现反垄断立法的统一化。

| Abstract: | The globalization of the economy neither produced the global government, nor the international antimonopoly authority above all the states. The anti-monopoly law among the countries has big or small differences in the specific content while they are maintaining the ef- fective competition and competition order. All of these directly lead to the conflicts between na- tional anti-monopoly law enforcement jurisdiction, and the resolution to these conflicts may mul- tiply, but the most direct and the most effective solution is to realize unified anti-monopoly legis- lation. |
