| 摘 要： | 中国邻国众多,边界线、海岸线长,周边环境越来越打上全球的烙印。文章主要分析了我国周边复杂的环境,为我国坚定不移地贯彻睦邻友好外交,与周边国家和平相处,不断改善安全环境提供理论依据,以有利于我国经济的快速发展,有利于统一大业,实现中华民族的伟大复兴。
