Abstract:Based the synthetic review on the background of teachers' professionalization, the basic connotation is analyzed. The method and approach for teachers to develop their professional skill and knowledge as well as teachers' professionalization is discussed in terms of knowledge, skill, and competence in order to contribute to the harmonious development of education.
