| 摘 要： | 学术作伪行为已引起学术界和全社会的关注。文章认为,针对学术作伪现象,一方面应该理性地看待现状,对学术作伪行为不要过分悲观;另一方面必须正视学术作伪的危害,建立学术研究的自律和外部监督机制,学术研究应遵守基本的学术道德规范,学术评价体制应把质量放在第一位。

| Abstract: | Academic cheating has aroused academic and social attention.It is believed in this paper that on the one hand the phenomena are to be perceived rationally with less pessimistic attitude,on the other hand the negative effect should be clearly understood.The solutions might be establishing the inner and out supervision system.Academic research ought to be based on academic moral norm.The academic evaluation should pay more weight on quality. |
