| 摘 要： | 素质教育是一种新的教育思想体系，也是一种新的教育模式。在法学教育中的具体表现应为把品德素质放在首位，以综合素质为基础，专业素质为主干，强调创新意识与创新能力，使学生具有较宽厚的法律专业知识，能够熟练的运用法律去分析、处理复杂的法律关系。
