| 摘 要： | 中国古史,浩浩五千余年,本文试图在纵向的历史发展中分析妇女再婚的法律规定和社会观念的演变。同时,由于在中国古代那样的“前市民社会”中,民间习惯和道德观念(即广义上的“习惯法”)对于人们生活的影响往往不逊于国家的制定法,笔者在每一个历史断面上。都对当时制定法以外的道德观念以及社会舆论的演变过程给予了相当程度的关注。通过对历史的追述,尝试提出对此问题的一些粗浅思考。

| Abstract: | Chinese history covers over 5,000 years, the evolution of the law for women's Deuterogamy as well as social intention is discussed in this thesis. Because folk custom and moral value is as important as law in ancient " former citizen society", the writer found that the law was made mostly according to the moral value and public opinion in different historical stage. |
