| 摘 要： | 政治参与对于一个国家或地区经济政治发展具有重要的作用。美国是较早建立政治参与机制的国家,但少数种族政治参与程度一直不是很高。文章从社会学的角度,比较了美国的少数种族与白人在教育和就业方面的差别,并分析了影响这一问题的因素。
