| 摘 要： | 《黑龙江志稿》自19世纪末开始绘制全省舆图时就开始酝酿,然而由于种种原因,志稿的编纂时停时续,中间也数易其手。最终在张伯英的主持下,终于完成了全书的编纂。《黑龙江志稿》在内容上与以往的地方志有些不同,体现了民国时期地方志编写的变化。志稿有很高的史料价值,是研究东北边疆的重要史料。

| Abstract: | Heilongjiang History got started to compile since the end of 19th century when drawing the provincial map but the work was not continuously dealt with.Zhang Boyying finally finished compiling.This work is different from past local histories in terms of content,which reflected the style change in the Republic of China.This book is of great historical value,especially for the northeastern frontier research. |
