| 摘 要： | 第二次世界大战后，人权保护越来越受到国际社会的普遍关注，并成为现代国际法研究的重点，从此，人权问题便全面进入国际法领域，成为世界人权发展史上一座里程碑，对人权事业发展起到举足轻重的作用。文章通过对人权的国际法进程、国际法属性、人权国际法保障特点及国际人权法局限性的分析研究；同时，落脚于如何克服国际人权法所面临的困境，并针对这些困境提出解决问题的建议，以期对完善国际人权法的保障体系尽锦薄之力。

| Abstract: | After the Second World War, the protections of human rights have been more and more world-wide concerned by international society, which have become an important problem of the research of the modern International Law. From then on, the issue of human fights has comprehensively entered into the field of International Law and declared the arrival of one milestone of developmental history of human fights in the world. Furthermore, it has played a decisive role in the development of human fights. It is offered the analytic research of the progress and attribute of International Law of human fights and characteristics of security of International Law of human rights, and limitations of International Human Rights Law in this paper, with solutions to pay a few contributions toward perfecting the security system of International Human Right Law. |
