摘    要:实施双语教学是适应我国高等教育国际化发展趋势的需要,是培养具有国际合作意识、国际交流与竞争能力的外向型人才的重要途径。文章认为,要想提高中英文双语教学的效果,必须正确认识双语教学,采取合适的双语教学模式,合理地使用两种教学语言,不断提高教师的双语教学能力和学生的英语水平,加强教材和图书资料建设,营造一定的英语环境和氛围。

Abstract:Putting bilingual teaching into practice is the need of adapting the development trend of internationalizing higher education of China,and is also the important way to cultivate foreign-oriented talents with consciousness of international cooperation and abilities of international communication and competition.In order to improve the effect of bilingual teaching,some suggestions were proposed including understanding right bilingual teaching,taking appropriate mode of bilingual teaching,using reasonably the two teaching languages.Moreover,teachers should improve their competence for bilingual teaching,and students should improve their English level.As for universities,they should strengthen the construction of teaching materials,books and reference materials,and create some English environment and atmosphere.
