| 摘 要： | 电子政务信息资源共建共享是电子政务成功实施的重要条件，而电子政务信息资源能否达到共建共享，则需要对其进行有效的保障。文章结合信息安全、信息标准和信息利益在电子政务信息资源共建共享中的作用，探讨了电子政务信息资源共建共享的保障实质。
