| 摘 要： | 2020年1月19日,习近平总书记在云南腾冲考察时,站在党和国家事业发展全局的高度,着眼国家和民族地区的长治久安,战略性地提出了青少年要成为"党和国家事业的接班人、民族团结进步事业的接班人"的重要思想。习近平总书记关于培养"两个接班人"的重要思想,是马克思主义接班人理论中国化的最新成果,集中回答了在我们这样一个统一的多民族国家"培养什么样的人"这个根本问题,为我们在新时代做好党的民族教育工作指明了方向目标,提供了根本遵循。培养"两个接班人"的重要思想既是党的民族团结进步事业薪火相传、后继有人的必然要求,也是新时代民族教育工作的根本任务和神圣使命。在实践层面,必须将培养"两个接班人"作为党的民族教育事业的一项战略任务抓紧抓好:一是用先进的理论武装人,自觉用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装头脑、指导民族教育工作实践;二是增强"五个认同",不断铸牢各族青少年的中华民族共同体意识;三是从战略上加强党的民族教育工作,用更加精准的支持政策推动民族教育事业加快发展。

| Abstract: | On January 19,2020,when C hina's president Xi Jinping inspected Tengchong,Yunnan Province,he strategically put forward the important thought that young people should become “successors to the cause of the party and state,successors to the cause of national unity and progress”from the perspectives of the overall development of the party and state undertakings,and the long-term stability of the country and ethnic areas.Xi's important thought on“two successors”is the latest achievement of the Sinicization of Marxist successor theory.He has focused on answering the fundamental question of “what kind of people to train”in our unified multi-ethnic country,and has pointed out the direction and provided the compliance for us to do a good job in ethnic education work in the new era.The important thought of cultivating“two successors”is not only the inevitable requirement of the Party's cause of national unity and progress,but also the fundamental task and sacred mission of ethnic education in the new era.At the practical level,we must take the training of“two successors”as a strategic task of the Party’s ethnic education.Firstly,it is important to be prepared with advanced theory and self-motivated to guide the practice of ethnic education with Xi Jinping’s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era;Secondly,it is important to promote ideological and cultural identity and constantly strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation;Thirdly,it is important to accelerate the development of ethnic education with more precise and differentiated support policies. |
