| 摘 要： | 教育经费紧张是制约民族地区高等教育发展的重要因素.教育作为公共物品需要政府的大量投入.民族地区高等教育收费应当与当地经济发展水平相适应,要适应不同收入群体的要求.政府要创造有利于高校融资的环境,鼓励高校通过多渠道筹措资金.民族地区高校必须重视资金管理,提高资金的利用率.

| Abstract: | Tight educational fund has become a bottleneck in the development of higher education in ethnic regions. Education, as public property, needs a large amount of investment by the government. Tuition fees of higher education in ethnic regions should fit in with the local economic level, as well as demands of different income groups. The government should create favorable environment for universities to integrate funds and encourage universities to raise funds through various channels. Universities in ethnic regions should attach importance to the management funds so as to make efficient use of funds. |
