| 摘 要： | 高校办学模式历来是关乎政府、高等教育与社会协调发展的重要课题。可以说，世界高等教育发展的历史就是高校管理体制改革和高校办学自主权逐步确立的历史，其中自主服务模式成为几个发达国家具有代表性的办学自主权运行模式之一。英、法、美、日、德等发达国家在这一模式上又显示出了不同的特点。探讨其成功经验对我国高等教育改革与发展具有重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | School-running model has always been an important research subject concerning the government, higher education and coordinate development of society. It can be said that the world history of higher education is the history of reforming administrative system and gradually establishing autonomous power in school running of higher learning institutions. The model of autonomous service has become one of the typical models of autonomous operation in school running in some developed countries. Developed countries like Britain, France, America, Japan and Germany have adopted this model with their own distinct characteristics. Exploring their successful experience is of important referential value for the reform and development of higher education in China. |
